I've uploaded another walk-through showing how to set up real-time data logging for your Surftrackr installation.
You can use real-time logging to enter squid log entries into the Surftrackr database as they occur - no need to upload files for parsing, and no delay getting the information. You can still upload files if you want, from another proxy machine for example, at the same time.
