I've updated the documentation for the live-logging process.

This reflects the change made to live logging when Surftrackr was converted (last week) to a multi-user application. Previously, with only one admin user, the location of the squid logfile was held as a user-preference. But with multiple users, keeping this arrangement would mean as many logfile locations as there were users. Hence, there's just one logfile location, and it lives in settings.py.
